With the proposed rail link to Humpybong in 1886, a small number of Estate maps were created to sell land and one of the the earliest is this 1889 St Kilda Estate map - with land in portion 201 east of the Church and cemetary grounds and north of Macdonnell Rd.  Modern streets include Church St, Wave St, Moss St, Edmund St and Macdonnell Rd in South Kippa Ring.
