A rare 20x16" Deception Bay land sale map from 1889 of "Isle Of Man" showing former proposed streets including Lower Bank St, Mabel St, Tank St, Pott St, George St, Eliz St, Ernest St, The Esplanade and Fresh Water Creek. It mentions it is also close to the "Dover Cliff Estate" and in a "matter of time will be only and hour or so by train to the city, for a survey line has been made, and comes quite close to this estate" The Estate appears to not have been developed.
