One of the oldest land sale maps of the Peninsula it features land owned by C, Cutts on portion 268 and 269, north of the Burwood Estate, west of what would later become Snook St to Grice St and south of Macdonnell Rd to what would become Burwood Terrace.

"The Greatest oppourtunity for investors to secure property in a district in which the Railway will enormously multiply their value in two or three years, is now offered to the public."

The street names on the map appear not to have been used as the streets were still not in place in the 1940s. The local sketch shows the Church, The first school in Humpybong, newly constructed Woody Point and Redcliffe Jetties, "Town of Margate", Wards Sugar plantation at Clontarf , O'Learys Hotel, Tubbs boarding house, the Belvedere Hotel and the location of 20 of the local houses built at the time.

Modern streets include: Macdonnell Rd, Filmer St, Burwood Terrce, Grice St, Cameron St, Tubbs St, Storie St, Snook St and are the industrial area of North Clontarf.
