Campbelltown (North Lakes/Mango Hill) 16x20"framed land sale map

A 16x20" land sale map framed. Alexander Campbell sold his land and produced this land sale map advertising it as "A new township adjoining The Ellensvale Estate, through which the proposed railway into Humpy-Bong passes and only about 1 1/2 miles from the beach in Deception Bay" . The estate contained Deception Bay Road and proposed streets including Campbell St, Queen St, Salsbury St, Elizabeth St and a large lagoon 2 chains long and 1 chain wide.
The modern area is from the Mango Hill Village Community Centre down to the Lakes College and from the North Lakes Golf Course to the Mango Hill East Station.
