Gabi attended Sydney's Fashion and Textile Design National Art School, gaining valuable insights into creative art that she would subsequently gain prominence in. Art became an all-consuming passion from her home studio in Redcliffe.
She has consistently produced outstanding land and seascapes that are admired by her artist contemporaries and public alike. Over the last twenty years she has entered many of Australia major art competitions and has been a finalist and been awarded highly recommended in many. Her winning the 'SHE' 2014 National Prize for Australian Women artists stands as an outstanding achievement. Her work is to be found in many art collections in both Australia and overseas.
